Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email when your order has shipped via DHL from our warehouse. If you paid for tracking, this email also includes a tracking code. If you did not pay for tracking, please see the estimated country specific delivery dates below.

Potential delays outside our control can occur, such as high volume of orders or postal service problems.

UNITED KINDOM VIA DHL:

Without tracking - estimated delivery time 7-20 business days - price 14.90€

With tracking - estimated delivery time 7-20 business days - price 17.90€

SWITZERLAND VIA SWISS POST:

Without tracking - estimated delivery time 2-5 business days - price 5.90€.

REST OF EUROPE VIA DHL:

Without tracking - estimated delivery time 7-14 business days - price 9.90€

With tracking - estimated delivery time 7-14 business days - price 15.50€.

REST OF THE WORLD VIA DHL: 

Without tracking - estimated delivery time 7-25 business days - price 18.50€. 

With tracking - estimated delivery time 7-25 business days - price 22.50€. 

When ordering to a destination outside Europe, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kikkara is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you are located in Europe, please contact us at contact@kikkaracosmetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you are located outside Europe, please contact us at kikkaracosmetics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Both DHL and Swiss Post deliver to P.O boxes.
