Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email when your order has shipped via DHL from our warehouse.

Potential delays outside our control can occur, such as high volume of orders or postal service problems.

Shipping without tracking 4.80€. Estimated delivery time 2-7 business days.

Shipping with tracking 5.50€. Estimated delivery time 2-7 business days.

 

UNITED KINDOM VIA DHL:

Shipping without tracking 14.90€. Estimated delivery time 7-20 business days.

Shipping with tracking 17.90€. Estimated delivery time 7-20 business days.

 

SWITZERLAND VIA SWISS POST:

Shipping without tracking 5.90€. Estimated delivery time 2-5 business days.

 

REST OF EUROPE VIA DHL: 

Shipping without tracking 9.90€. Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days.

Shipping with tracking 15.50€. Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days.

 

REST OF THE WORLD VIA DHL:

Shipping without tracking 18.50€. Estimated delivery time 7-25 business days.

Shipping with tracking 22.50€. Estimated delivery time 7-25 business days.

 

When ordering to a destination outside Europe, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KIKKARA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check in advance whether your order will be subject to any additional payments, in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

 

How do I check the status of my order?
If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you are located in Europe, please contact us at contact@kikkaracosmetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you are located outside Europe, please contact us at contact@kikkaracosmetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Both DHL and Swiss Post deliver to P.O boxes.
